1. What We Collect
Rights Register does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the site.
When you use the AI question and answer feature, the text you type is sent to an AI service to generate a response. We do not store your questions or the responses on our servers.
2. What We Don't Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any identifying information. We do not track your location beyond the city tab you select on the page. We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers.
3. AI Feature
Questions submitted through the "Get Legal Information" feature are processed by an AI model. By typing a question and submitting it, you understand that your question is transmitted to a third-party AI service for processing. Avoid including sensitive personal details — full name, case numbers, Social Security numbers — in your question.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Rights Register may use basic analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which features are used. This data is aggregated and not tied to any individual user. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
5. Third-Party Links
This site links to external organizations — legal aid providers, courts, and government offices. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.
6. Children
Rights Register is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
